Terms and Conditions

These conditions refer to the sale of flowers, flower arrangements and bouquets (hereinafter referred to as products) on the www.luxor.am website, as well as the contractual relations arising from them. Any other terms inconsistent with the following terms are null and void.

Contract
By publishing products in this online sales store, the consumer/buyer is given the opportunity to enter into a sales contract. The legal relationship mentioned on the online platform is a Public Offer and Acceptance, regulated by the relevant provisions of the RA Civil Code. The subject of the offer and contract is the sale of flowers and bouquets.

Order
The specifications and specifications of the products are shown on the website in the product description. The product/s predetermined for purchase, with the selected quantity and standard, are placed by the consumer in the “Cart”. After entering the required user information and payment information, the consumer verifies the information entered, namely: personal information, product information/standards, quantity, value, payment information.
Clicking the button to confirm the product order (checkout) confirms the consumer’s acceptance and confirmation that the sale is no longer legally binding. The sales contract is considered concluded from that moment. Depending on the type of payment, the consumer may be automatically redirected from this online store to the website of the bank or online payment service provider in order to pay for the purchased product.
After successful payment, the website issues a payment receipt, the confirmation of which is automatically sent to the provided e-mail.

Right for property
Purchased or ordered products are the property of the online store until delivery. The delivery is considered to have been made from the moment of delivery to the consumer at the specified address or to another person indicated by him, which is certified by the signature of the recipient.

Disputes
Product and financial disputes arising between the online store and the consumer are resolved through negotiations, and in case of disagreement, in accordance with the procedure established by RA legislation.
